“Religion is different from terrorism is the main concept of this film” and “All Muslims are not terrorists are the theme subject of this film.” This film is dedicated to the Media Reporters, Police force, Soldiers and Commanders who sacrificed their lives in this 26/11 Mumbai terror attack.
About the Film.
In Today’s 60yrs of Independent India except British rule rest all of the illegal activities exist. In day-to-day life a common man is not able to enjoy with his family going out due to the fear of terror attacks happening. People are scared of living normal life. They are living Harden life which is not secure.
In this Movie we tried to show the pain and reactions of common man, police force and Media. Also their struggles in facing terrorist attack on one of the Hotel in Mumbai. When 10 terrorist attack one of the Hotel in Mumbai the blood-shed they created the pain common man faced, the fear created in all the people in India are shown clearly.
It is war on Mumbai and has severe Impact on India. The tensions and pain created in the lives of love couple who is stuck up in the Hotel during that attack is clearly established.
The failures of police officers and secrets behind the death of higher police officials will be shown in this film. Answer to the question Is there connection between religion and terrorism? Will be given in this film. Humanity wins and not the cruelty

A man selling Indian Flags on the roadside said that “I had come to the city 28 years back for living with my family, but no one came to help me.” Who will come to help him? Will Mahatma come again? No……No……No……He will not come always.,Mahatma is not a God… He is also human being. Every man is Mahatma, if you try to re-construct our system which is failed now. There is responsibility of the every citizen to lead the system by the principles of Mahatma. Do any work honestly and impartially. Try to stop the ill-legal activities happening before you.

He is Physically Weak, He did not study, and He has No One to make him Study, He Don’t Know About his parents. Begging is his daily work which is making him live. He is also feeding a Eunuch. . He has Only One wish that is he don’t want to see any one begging like him. To make it fulfill. He is now joined four orphan children in school and making then study to avoid them from begging.
It is not that how much you earn in money but how much satisfaction you get in your work. So, this beggar is very much satisfied with the work he is doing (not the begging), but making the children study which he think is a good work.

(My First Short Film)
In Shekar, Akhil and Ganesh.How will be the situation and circumstances to be faced by a child who lives the parents and come out the house? The hurdles faced by the street children are clearly shown. The friendship between the child who came out the house with the street children is magnified.
CASTING: Praveen, Akhil, Shekar, Ganesh, Gangadher. CONCEPT: SCATTERED KITES. DO COME AGAIN ?In every human life problems will be coming and going, but if once you try to cross the situation successfully it will be a smaller and simple one after that. If you think about the problems in future and get scared of all the circumstances that will make the life miserable.. Just think about the solution of the problem which will save the lives. If you take any decision without thinking if may cause a greater problem for a complete life …
Praveen And Shekar in " SCATTERED KITES. DO COME AGAIN? "
SYNOPSIS:
A boy fails in the final examination. His school principal scolds him, and asks him to bring his parents. He was scared about the parents, and thinks how to say this to the parents. He is very scared about the parents so he leaves the home without informing anyone. Now, he is like a scattered kite without any guidance no one he knows in the new place, new people, and he do not have money in his pocket.. In this situation two street children who is living by picking papers in railway station helps him and gives him food and they become friends very soon. As the time goes on ….. He completes forget the house atmosphere. He is involved in the work of street children and he is only concerned about eating, sleeping and working… He does the work only for his food. Then one day the two street children explains about the life style of street children and asks him to go away to his house as they don’t want to the boy to suffer with them. They tried to convenience, the boy s saying, “We are orphans and we don’t have any one. So we are suffering as street children, but you have parents and they will take care of you, please go back to home, your problem is really small in front of our life, so please go back to your home.” Saying this word, the boy thinks and so returns back to home.

MY INSPIRATION:
One day on an important work, I had to go to another place, I was waiting in the railway station… the announcement has come for the arrival of train is late by 20 minutes. I was waiting for the time in the mean while my attention was caught to something. I saw three children on platform picking up plastic plates, two of them very looking like street children, but one was not like that way.
The third boy was looking like a school going child.. 0n conversation, I caught that feeling very eagerly I went to them and asked about them who are you? From where are you coming, the two of them replied that they are orphans, and they are doing this job for their food, and survival, their answer was correct and the third one said that, “I have failed in school examinations and my principal scolded me, on knowing that my parents beaten me badly, so I came away from my house, and I become friend with them now I am being with them, sharing out their work and it was already 6months I came out of my house”. The answer given by that boy, I was shocking. I could not believe this, for such a simple and small reason if he becomes an orphan and street child then what is solution for this problem?
I asked for his address, but he replied “ I don’t know it? ” I tried to convenience him a lot but he was not able to listen, and he said that he doesn’t want to go back to home…
The train arrived as the work is important to me I caught the train and left, but my thoughts are stocked to that situation …after completing my work I came back to the station and searched for them but I could not find them, I enquired at many places for them, but I could not find them. I don’t know where they are?
I was inspired by this situation I thought that no one should face that situation, so I have written the story of “ scattered kites., Do Come Again ? ” by my own experience.
If one person changes their attitude towards their children, my movie will be successful and I will request the parents to show love towards their children, in each and every problem to save them and, they should feel no fear to say any problem to them and getting a solution for it.
My conclusion would be a request to parents and children should be like a fine relation.. No one should be like “Scattered Kite” in the street. They do come again?

ABOUT TITLE: SCATTERED KITES. DO COME AGAIN ?
Flying kites is a very good hobby for every person. Every person has a dream that if he has wings he could happily fly anywhere. So, to fulfill dream the fly kites as their hobby.The thread is main hope to fly kite, if the thread is in your hands then every possibility is in your hands, once if the thread get struck or if it is torn? Then it has no destination it will take its direction towards a thorny tree. Does it come again to us.. The children who part from their parents also face the same situation. The children who come from their houses of small problems also has the same problems.Here two things are in particular.The first one is, the parents should have the responsibility of knowing the problems of children and give them freedom to express their views and get every solution from their parents. A friendly atmosphere between parents and children makes a clear relationship should be strong.Second one is the children should feel that they can say any problem to their parents there should be no fear in the children minds.If they leave the houses, there are only problems so no one should be like scattered kites
